Took my money

I got this for my 4yr old son. Bought the full version to unlock the other games for it yet the games are still locked. Does it take time for it to unlock or what? Cause i will calling the main place to get my money back if it doesnt work out and unlock the rest of the games. One star until it unlocks, I am not repurchasing and wasting more money!
